As with all The Rocco Forte Collection, the Hotel de Russie focuses on delivering good food in a great atmosphere, which attracts both our hotel guests and the local community, rather than simply being seen as an extension of the hotel.
The most stunning feature of the hotel is its extensive, terraced gardens. Our guests will be able to enjoy a gentle stroll in the gardens or fine alfresco dining in a tranquil oasis amidst the bustle of central Rome. The restaurant also presents fantastic opportunities for indoor and open-air receptions.
The gourmet Mediterranean cuisine will delight our guests. In keeping with our objectives to pick only the best chefs to work for us, we appointed celebrated Chef Nazzareno Menghini. He places emphasis on using local produce and the very best Italian ingredients to produce a sumptuous menu.
