Stravinskij Bar
The Stravinskij Bar is undoubtedly one of the most exclusive meeting places in Rome, in part thanks to the unique atmosphere created by the wonderful private garden of the hotel. The Bar has a sober elegant atmosphere with purple velvet armchairs inside whilst outside on the adjoining Piazzetta Valadier there are wrought iron tables and chairs.
For lunch, the Stravinskij Bar offers an inviting light menu created by internationally renowned chef Fulvio Pierangelini. In the evening the Hotel de Russie Bar becomes the most fashionable meeting place in town.
Apart from fine guests, the main highlights are the cocktails prepared by Massimo D’Addezio, named best Italian Barman in 2008 by the famous restaurant guide ‘L’Espresso Ristoranti d’Italia’.
For a classical Italian “aperitivo”, the Stravinskij Bar is one of the city’s best, attracting even discerning locals for its spread of light bites and classy cocktails.
