Thanks to his long experience in the field, the Bar Manager of the Stravinskij Bar Massimo D' Addezio is a connoisseur of the secrets of good mixing and has created a highly professional and courteous team to welcome cosmopolitan guests as well as local ‘habitués’.
The Bar has also become part of the ‘Bond Bar’ circle, elegant and selected places reminiscent of the venues preferred by James Bond because of their atmosphere, where preparing the unforgettable 007 preferred cocktail has become a cult, from the ‘Dry Martini, strictly “shaken, not stirred”, to other numerous drinks mentioned in the films such as ‘007 Martini Vesper’ or the “Stone Martini”.
The Stravinskij Bar is also renowned for its Healthy Cocktails, totally alcohol free, a truly energetic remedy capable of infusing wellbeing and health: ‘Green Energy’ with green tea, lime juice and green apple juice or the ‘Pineapple Smoothie’ with pineapple, mint leaves, ice and soda. They all come with canapés like vegetable crudités or fruit cubes.
